At Pancham Nutrition, we aim to deliver clean and natural nutrition products to our customers in a safe, hygienic, and timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains in detail how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled under various circumstances.

By placing an order on www.panchamnutrition.store, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


1. Order Confirmation and Processing

1.1 Once an order is successfully placed, an order confirmation is sent via SMS and/or email.

1.2 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

1.3 Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

1.4 All products are quality-checked, securely sealed, and packed under hygienic conditions before dispatch.


2. Dispatch and Courier Handling

2.1 After processing, orders are handed over to our trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.

2.2 Once the parcel is dispatched, delivery timelines and transit handling are managed by the courier partner.

2.3 Pancham Nutrition ensures proper packaging but is not responsible for delays once the parcel is handed over to the courier.


3. Shipping Coverage

3.1 We currently ship Pan India.

3.2 International shipping is not available for food or nutrition products at present.

3.3 Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier serviceability, and regional factors.


4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

4.1 Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
• Express Delivery (selected locations): 1–3 business days

4.2 These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4.3 Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.


5. Shipping Charges

5.1 Free Shipping is applicable on all prepaid orders above ₹499 across India.

5.2 Orders below ₹499 may attract a shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5.3 Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

6.1 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected pin codes.

6.2 COD orders attract an additional COD handling charge, which is clearly shown at checkout.

6.3 COD charges are non-refundable and non-returnable, even if the order is returned, refused, or cancelled.

6.4 COD charges are levied to cover courier and cash-handling costs.


7. Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

7.1 Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number.

7.2 Pancham Nutrition is not responsible for delivery failures due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Wrong contact details
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept delivery

7.3 Re-shipping due to address errors may incur additional charges.


8. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries (RTO)

8.1 Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

8.2 If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons, the parcel may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

8.3 In RTO cases:

• COD charges are not refunded
• Shipping charges (if any) are not refunded
• Re-shipping will require additional payment


9. Delays Due to External Factors

Delivery delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Festivals or peak-season load
• Courier operational issues
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions or strikes

Such delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund.


10. Lost or Missing Shipments

10.1 If a shipment is delayed beyond normal timelines, customers may contact us for assistance.

10.2 We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

10.3 Replacement or refund will be provided only after official courier confirmation.


11. Proof of Delivery

11.1 Courier tracking status marked as “Delivered” is considered valid proof of delivery.

11.2 Any delivery-related dispute must be reported within 48 hours of delivery status.


12. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of the product transfers to the customer once the order is marked as delivered by the courier partner.
