Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of nutrition products, Pancham Nutrition follows a strict, transparent, and clearly defined Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the conditions mentioned below.

1.1 Nutrition and food products cannot be resold once opened.

1.2 Therefore, returns and refunds are limited and allowed only under specific conditions.

1.3 This policy is designed to protect customer safety and prevent misuse.


2. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following situations:

2.1 Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

2.2 Damaged or Leaked Product
If the product is physically damaged, seal broken, or leaked during transit.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

3.1 A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

3.2 The video must clearly show:
• Sealed parcel
• Label details
• Opening process
• Product condition

3.3 Claims without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

This requirement protects both customers and the company from courier-related fraud.


4. Claim Time Window

4.1 All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4.2 Claims raised after 48 hours will not be considered.


5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Products without unboxing video
• Discounted or promotional items
• Change-of-mind orders
• Products damaged after delivery
• Incorrect usage or storage by customer


6. Replacement vs Refund Decision

6.1 Replacement or refund is decided after internal verification.

6.2 Preference is generally given to replacement, unless replacement is not possible.

6.3 Refunds are processed only after approval.


7. Refund Method and Timeline

7.1 Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

7.2 Refund processing time:
• 7–10 business days after approval
• Bank or UPI delays may vary

7.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.


8. COD Order Refunds (If Applicable)

8.1 COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.

8.2 Customers must provide correct refund details.

8.3 Pancham Nutrition is not responsible for delays due to incorrect bank details.


9. Partial Refund Scenarios

Partial refunds may apply in cases such as:

• Promotional shipping charges
• Partial order damage
• Courier-related adjustments


10. False Claims and Policy Misuse

10.1 Pancham Nutrition reserves the right to reject claims suspected to be false or abusive.

10.2 Repeated misuse of the return policy may lead to account restriction.


11. Chargeback and Dispute Handling

11.1 Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks.
